THE PRANAYAMA IMMERSION
5 Nights · 6 Days · Yoga Philosophy · Pranayama · Surf
Breath, Prana & Presence in El Salvador
Go beyond breathing exercises. Learn the tradition, science, practice, and art of pranayama—and discover how to bring the wisdom of the breath into your own life and into the spaces you hold for others.
A 5-day / 6-night immersive training designed for both yoga teachers and curious practitioners who want to develop a deeper understanding of pranayama—both as a personal practice and as a tool they can confidently facilitate for others.
The training would explore pranayama through the lens of the yogic tradition and the eight-limb path, weaving together practical breathwork techniques, subtle body awareness, meditation, and foundational yoga philosophy.
And because you're in El Salvador, there is a natural breath + ocean + surf connection: learning to work with the breath, regulate the nervous system, cultivate presence, and then experience those principles through movement and the ocean.

and so much more...
Deeply meaningful and transformational, I can not recommend this experience more to anyone interested in deepening their own practice, robustly learning about yoga tradition rooted in Eastern philosophy, and everything that comes with becoming a certified yoga instructor! From the vegetarian meals (absolutely delicious), the location (gorgeous, simple, relaxing), the content (thorough and expansive, yet not overwhelming in how it is presented and taught), the structure (teaching on the first day?!), the encouragement and belief in each of the students, the scheduled free time and rest, to the celebration and them being the perfect role models and teachers to demonstrate what it means to life a yogic LIFE... Beyond incredible. I feel confident, competent, and excited to teach back home, whether that ends up being only to friends/family or to a wider yoga community... I am ready and they and their school could not have prepared me better! Lindsay and Caroline have created a top notch yoga school with such intention and diligence focused on the content, structure, food, connection moments with other students, and the ways that we can all live out yoga as a sustainable and spiritual lifestyle. I cannot thank them enough for changing my life and helping me reground in my purpose and presence both in my personal and professional lives.- Kaela
Lindsay and Caroline truly created a space that felt intentional, safe, and brave all at the same time. They hold so much yogic wisdom, respect for their lineage, and compassion for every living being, it's an honor to be apart of their yoga family. Additionally, it's an honor to call the women who joined me on the retreat my yoga sisters. By joining Inhale for Om for a teacher training, you'll leave knowing the history of yoga, the physical postures, pranayama, new best friends, how to teach, and how to live your best life.- Sophia
Lindsay and Caroline put so much intentionality into the entire learning journey and make a firehose of information feel digestible and understandable. They cultivate a strong community amongst the students and help us truly experience and understand what it looks like to “live yoga.” I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and can’t wait to use my skills in the world.-Lynn
